12 apartments and 3 large rooms offer plenty of space for those seeking peace and relaxation in a rural setting.

Our apartments are very centrally located , just a 15-minute walk from the center of Kitzbühel – and yet extremely quiet in the middle of a 6000m² park-like garden.

In winter, a taxi will take you to the Hahnenkamm cable car, about 1 km away; ski slopes right to the house.

We look back on a long tradition of hospitality : originally, in addition to farming, we also enjoyed welcoming locals with a glass of wine. We strive to keep this tradition of warm hospitality alive and strive to make every guest’s stay in our house as pleasant as possible.
