Kitzbühel is an idyllic ski resort in the Austrian Alps and HENRI’s new home. Look forward to impressive mountain scenery, breathtaking landscapes, and a variety of activities and experiences for all ages.
In winter, Kitzbühel attracts visitors to its more than 200 kilometers of slopes and celebrates the day with a dose of après-ski. In summer, however, this dreamy little town transforms into a paradise for hikers and adventurers. HENRI guests can explore the Alps on one of the many hiking trails, stroll through the forests and along alpine meadows, or embark on a mountain bike tour. Our HENRI tip: A cable car ride up the Kitzbüheler Horn – snow-covered, it’s the perfect destination for skiers, and from spring onwards, the Alpine Flower Garden enchants with beautiful natural spectacles.

Haus Kaiser captivates with its Belle Époque charm and its furnishings, featuring individually selected antiques. Tyrolean farmhouse cabinets and high ceilings lend the house a historic and cozy atmosphere.
Haus Streif is designed in a mid-century and retro style. It offers smaller, cozy rooms whose design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Kitzbüheler Horn
This striking mountain in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps is ideal for skiing and snowboarding in winter, and mountain biking and hiking in summer. Several cable cars and a panoramic toll road lead to the summit. At an altitude of 1,800 meters, there is an alpine flower garden. The International Kitzbüheler Horn Cycling Race takes place here every August.

Whether you’re chasing the best view, searching for the tastiest mountain delicacies, or simply looking to set a new personal best: Whatever your motivation, the Kitzbühel area has something for everyone. Beginners can explore the area on the “Around Reith” trail, while advanced hikers can test their skills on the 5-Peak Tour. Where do you start?
Best ski slopes
One of the best ski resorts in all of Austria awaits you in Kitzbühel. In addition to perfectly groomed slopes and modern ski lifts, ski enthusiasts can enjoy 233 kilometers of downhill runs. Pros demonstrate their skills on the famous Streif run on the Hahnenkamm, but there are also plenty of gentle slopes for beginners. 60 huts and mountain restaurants are available for a break along the way.
Schwarzsee
The Schwarzsee is a moorland lake located about 2 km west of Kitzbühel on the Brixental road in the Kitzbühel Alps. The Schwarzsee is one of the warmest and most beautiful bathing lakes in the Alps and offers fantastic views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. On the lakeshore, there is an outdoor pool with a large sunbathing lawn and boat rentals. In winter, the lake is usually frozen over, offering opportunities for ice skating, ice hockey, and curling.
